What to expect at UNBOXED: Wellness Your Way
We’ll meet at the Gathering Spot for a day self discovery and empowerment. Register for morning, afternoon, evening, or full-day tickets - we’ll send your schedule to you before the week of the event.
*Check-in will begin at 8am*
Treat yourself to light refreshments before our official welcome moment, and then kick start your day with the Wellness Wake-Up Party featuring invigorating movement and mindfulness sessions.
We will get inspired with a morning talk with our Keynote speakers,
In small groups, we will have a light movement session and breakout to craft your self-care toolkit.
We will indulge in a healthy lunch buffet as you recharge for an afternoon filled with insights and well-being explorations.
We will close the day with the Party-Well mixer from 6 to 8 pm.
