HEALTH SCREENINGS

Our work revolves around curating impactful health and wellness resource events aimed at granting underserved communities access to crucial health screenings, medical care, and mental health resources. Our health screening services go beyond merely identifying conditions like hypertension, high-risk cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, and depression; they also include empowering individuals with resources related to mental, emotional, and social needs, and more.

In addition to screenings, we connect individuals to valuable resources that facilitate chat and video consultations with healthcare providers, helping them design personalized healthcare plans that involve recommended lifestyle changes.

As part of our commitment to comprehensive care, we collaborate with ASATT member organizations to extend additional support to the community. These collaborations enable us to offer vision and dental screenings, providing a well-rounded healthcare experience. Our partnerships ensure that individuals not only have access to medical and mental health resources but also benefit from holistic health screenings, paving the way for improved well-being and a healthier community.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SUPPORT

Individuals who lack access to proper mental health resources and support face an increased risk of various behavioral health issues, including depression, anxiety, and stress-related disorders. This not only impacts their overall well-being but can also lead to reduced quality of life.

Through collaborative efforts with our partners, we have extended essential behavioral health services, including counseling, therapy, and support programs, to underserved communities across Los Angeles, CA.

As part of our comprehensive approach, we incorporate wellness activities such as breathing exercises and yoga into our programs, promoting holistic well-being and empowering individuals with tools to manage their mental health effectively. This initiative aims to address these disparities, promote mental well-being, and improve the overall quality of life for those in need.
